A pioneering dessert concession at Arcade Food Hall, London
Benham & Froud revives the fortunes of the British company, founded in 1785, that once made the 'Rolls Royce of jelly moulds', all stamped with a signature orb and cross. In 1821 Benham & Froud made the replacement orb and cross for St Paul's cathedral and adopted the famous sigil that marks the most remarkable historic copper jelly moulds of yesteryear. Now, through Benham & Froud's Jelladrome, the orb and cross is extolled on British dining tables once again.

The Harmony Collection II
A multi-sensory journey through the incredible parallel worlds of coffee and whisky
To celebrate and showcase the launch of the second limited release of The Macallan Harmony Collection, Bompas & Parr designed and produced a multi-sensory experiential journey through the incredible parallel worlds of coffee and whisky. Hosted at The Vinyl Factory, London, guests were guided by experts through a curated experience which heroed the harmonious crafts of both the coffee arabica bean and the barley, from plant to cup. The synergies of the world of whisky and coffee were revealed to guests through playful mediums - guests were able to gather their own coffee beans from the roasting table to grind and then taste in an educated cupping ritual, alongside a dram of The Harmony Collection II.
